Pay
- 20,000 ~ 30,000 pesos a month.
Job decription
- Teach English to Japanese adult students. ( We use Skype and Google Meet )
Shift
- You can choose either the morning or evening shift.
1. Morning shift ( 7am-4pm japan time)
2. Evening shift ( 4pm-12am japan time )
Daysoff
- You can take as many days off as you need!
As long as you accomplish 70 teaching hours ( 140 lessons ) within 15 days, you will be paid 20k. ( After you work for a year, you will get 25k. And if you become a manager, you will get 30k )
If you don’t accomplish 70h, you will be paid hourly.
1. 125 pesos/h if your monthly pay is 20k.
2. 158 pesos/h if your monthly pay is 25k.
3. 188 pesos/h if your monthly pay is 30k.
Training ( nonepaid )
We provide three kinds of training.
- AI training ( which will last for 2 days )
- 40 Observation sessions ( which will last 5 days )
- 17 demo sessions ( which will last for 5 days )
You’ll be asked to finish the AI training and you can do observation sessions and demo sessions simultaneously.
Assessment
- Step1. Please download LINE on pc or phone. ( LINE is the most used messaging app in Japan )
