We are seeking an experienced- must have at least 2 yrs experience in this role- Dental Customer Service & Billing Coordinator that can:
• Manage Billing and Patient Account Statements- ensure accurate billing statements, send out billing statements regularly, manage to collection goals, answer patient questions about bills, problem solve when things look off on a bill working with the claims team, or other teambers.
• Manage treatment plans- schedule patients, work with team to get insurance pre approval, call patients to talk about how to prepare for treatment/what to expect, follow up after treatment to see how they are doing, answer any questions- be their main point of contact from beginning to end.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide answers/next steps based on the questions, schedule appointments.
• Experienced with Curve Dental Software
Looking for someone with significant phone customer service and the ability to deal with difficult patients sometimes.
