Position Title: Outbound Commercial Sales
Full time: Philippines time 12 am start time to 9 AM with 1 hour break.
Following Canadian Public Holidays.
Mission of the Role:
Your mission is to grow BBX Moving by scheduling valuable on-site estimates with commercial prospects (B2B) and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring they experience a seamless and stress-free moving process with Peace of Mind.
Results to be Generated:
1. Schedule 3 to 5 on-site estimates per week with qualified leads.
2. Enhance lead quality and conversion rate.
3. Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
Skills, Attributes, and Responsibilities:
- Skills:
Effective communication (neutral accent – you articulate yourself well and you listen well), you sound good on the phone and write well.
Lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
CRM software proficiency with a keen eye to detail on keeping notes and entering sales data.
Strong understanding of sales principles.
Very proficient with communication tools (Ring Central, Whatsapp, Email, text messages).
Ability to think on your feet and respond well.

- Responsibilities:
Cold call leads in CRM. Qualify them then schedule on site estimates for Commercial Sales Manager. Follow up on appointments.
Generate other long term commercial leads.
Maintain accurate CRM data.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team and continuously improve customer engagement strategies.

Basic Technical Requirements:
Your own laptop/desktop computer that is reliable and fast. Has minimum 16GB RAM or more; with Chrome installed
2 Monitors or screens
Cellphone with Whatsapp
Space on your laptop/desktop computer to download, and run effectively, various software for the job
A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 100MBPS, with a backup internet connection
Noise canceling headset/headphones
A quiet and dedicated workspace free of distractions
Compensation and Benefits:
Health Benefits after 3 months
Salary: $500.00 USD per month.
Commission for appointments set that convert into closed sales.
Salary and commission are paid on the 15th of every month via WISE.
Annual Bonus for performance paid in December
