You must have experience with internal seo, internal linking, copy, paste, scheduling tasks, attention to detail, to the very verbatim and building large and complex (yet maintainable) content and able to handle large amounts of content, and you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible. Top-notch communication skills are essential. Familiarity with web servers and HTML would be helpful but is not necessary.
