Estimator

We are looking for a wood/steel project estimator to help capture change orders on our current and future projects. This position has opportunity to grow into an assistant project manger or mid level estimator, should performance goals be met.

A strong applicant should have the following skills:
*Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
*experience overlaying plans in Bluebeam or OST to find plan changes
*Strong communication skills
*Can do attitude
*Proficient in time management
*Proficient in Imperial measurements (feet, inches)
*Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
