Job Overview:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and success of our online marketing efforts, particularly through Meta Ads and eventually Google Ads. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that drive traffic and conversions, ensuring a high ROI for us and possible in the future for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and, in the future, Google Ads.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad content and visuals.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed.
* Allocate budgets effectively and track spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Provide regular reports on campaign results and insights to the management team.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads and SEO principles is a plus.
