Video Editor (Adobe Premiere) + Adobe After Effects

Hello!
We're currently looking to hire Video editors from the Philippines.
Our average editor makes $ 220 - $ 300 a week. This 53,000 PHP to 72,000 PHP a month.
We have a fun, family team dynamic and a team of 20, mostly Philippinos. We watch out for each other, and expect you to be part of the team.
Now, onto what we are looking for:
a) Quality over everything else.
b) COMMUNICATION. You will be added to our Slack channel, and even though there are no set hours, I expect you to communicate. You communicate with me, and your teambers.
c) MEETINGS- We have 3 Meetings a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday PH time at 9 AM.
d) VALUES - we are a TEAM. So we expect you to be a teammate.
e) DEADLINES - Editors will need to meet deadlines at the end of the week on sunday night Philippine time.

Here are our requirements:
1. Have Good English
2. Have 3+ years of experience with Adobe Premier and have Adobe Premier Installed on their LAPTOP/DESKTOP.
3. Have 3+ years of experience with Adobe After Effects
4. Understand good aesthetics and how to make a clip look good.
5. Understand American culture, and how to pick RELEVANT B-roll
6. YOU ARE CREATIVE
7. You are looking for a full time job and will drop everyone else.
