Energy Stone, an established jewelry company since 1994, is looking to hire an Affiliate Manager with non-voice Customer and Community Support Experience to join its dynamic e-commerce team.
Who we are looking for:
- Genuine and mature personality, a people person, one who sincerely cares for the well-being of our customers, affiliates, and their audiences
- High proficiency in written English and good command of the spoken language (for team meetings)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build a repertoire with customers & community
- Strategic thinker with at least 3 years of experience in planning and building a community
- At least 1-year experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
- Former sales or customer service experience in an English-speaking environment is a plus
- Ability to build a social group and to generate interest in our brand on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik-tok and Pinterest
- Passionate and genuine interest in helping customers to solve their problems
