Construction/Remodeling Estimator

We are looking to hire a part time with potential to full time Estimator for Residential Construction and remodeling. The job would entail taking plans and scaled drawings and producing accurate estimates using our pricing and estimating program. We need someone who is good at calculations and understands the importance of capturing all materials, and labor in order to produce a complete estimate. We have in house programs that help with this, but cannot express enough the construction mindset needed for this role. We will be interviewing our top 3-4 applicants for this position and then from there will pick two to work with us for paid 30 day trial period. Then after that we will select the final candidate for the part time or what could be full time roll.
