Inventory Analyst

Job Summary:
We are a fast-paced high-growth ecommerce company looking to add a new member to our team. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for forecasting and ordering inventory, reconciling inventory and updating our order system.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage inventory. Update sales history, forecast future demand, liaise with suppliers to coordinate orders, create shipping labels from various systems, and update Order Tracker with P.O. and other order details.
Track and organize purchase invoices.
Reconcile inventory on a monthly basis.
Create new and update existing inventory reports in Excel as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong Excel skills is a must
Fast learner
Analytical self-starter
Communicates effectively in English
Previous Amazon experience preferred

This person should identify opportunities to grow profit or improve the processes for our brands like Benny Bradley’s and STEAMFLO. This person should also be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment as eCommerce changes quickly. We are a growing company and are looking for employees that can grow with us.
