We are searching for somebody who will answer chats and phone clients, check deadlines, inform the group which files to check first for the deadlines for OCR and proofreading, send files to clients, and edit documents on OCR errors, In the first place, you will be held responsible for the delivery and watch the flow but we have our CRM software for that. You will be trained for this. Your English has to be perfect. We DO NOT provide laptops.

Please only reliable people we can build are available daily for work. NO DOUBLE JOBS, as that is not going to work. It would be best if you had a quiet environment. This is a severe ongoing job for the long term. A test has to be performed online regarding your personality and service attitude.

There are different slots available, as we are open 24/7.
This is a 12-hour job for five days a week
Working time is from 9 pm to 9 am Miami time.
Only serious candidates who like to work from home.
