Finance Manager /Financial Analyst (Reports and Analysis)

Responsibilities:

Generate and analyze financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial statements to communicate the financial health of the organization.
Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data for reporting, invoicing, and financial statements.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
Assist in maintaining financial controls and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in financial analysis, reporting, invoicing, and financial statement preparation.
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience in invoice generation and familiarity with invoicing software or manual.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to present financial information and interact with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
