Responsibilities:
- Reordering Products: Analyze trends, manage inventory, and utilize Amazon's analytics for strategic purchasing decisions.
- Amazon Basics: Stay updated on industry changes affecting Amazon rankings and strategies.
- Inventory Management: Keep inventory records current, manage product performance, and address customer feedback effectively.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Listing Optimization & Expansion: Improve product listings and explore growth into additional marketplaces such as eBay and Walmart.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in Amazon operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon tools like Helium 10.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent command of English and communication skills.
- Independent and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Specialization in listing optimization and PPC strategies.
- Experience with additional marketplaces like eBay and Walmart.
- Advanced skills in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Feedvisor.
Working Hours:
A flexible schedule around 9 AM to 6 PM EST, willingness to work additional hours as necessary.
