Director of Financial Reporting / Sr Analyst

Job Responsibilities
Summary:
As a Director of Financial Reporting / Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting clients with financial modeling, reporting, and systems implementation/customization.
• Building financial models for clients for the purpose of forecasting cash, revenue, and financial statements using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Finding the most efficient ways to extract and consolidate data from multiples systems in order to share analysis and reports
• Building financial dashboards to report on client KPIs and other key metrics
• Support CFO with the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly reports, and other analysis
• Support month-end and ongoing reporting and forecasting needs
• Prepare weekly and monthly WIP, client, and project profitability reports and analysis
• Research, test, and evaluate accounting systems and related technology to become our in-house expert
• Support our clients in implementing accounting systems and related technology
Qualifications:
• Have a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience as a financial or systems analyst, building financial models, dashboards and reports ideally for U.S. based companies
* Experience working with professional services (time and expense billing) firms and/or marketing agencies would be a huge plus
• Extremely tech savvy and an expert with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks Online
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
