So we are looking for someone who can handle Phone Customer support/support tickets and process refunds for our customers on the phone.
You need to be familiar with Zendesk ticketing system and be familiar with Grasshopper phone System since this is the platform we are using to handle our Phone support inquiries. We also need you to be fluent with English language, Speaking as well as Writing.
