Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast future requirements.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations.
2.Employee Relations:
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
3.Performance Management:
• Administer performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Monitor and analyze employee performance data.
4.Compliance:
• Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
5.HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
