**What You'll Do:**
As part of our team, your main tasks will include:
1. Calling sellers interested in selling their homes using Mojo triple dialer.
2. Putting info from Mojo into our system and letting the boss know.
3. Building good relationships with sellers by listening, solving issues, and handling concerns.
4. Keeping things organized by using our system to manage leads and conversations.
5. Keeping track of how well you're doing and reporting it.
6. Making calls, answering calls, sending emails, and managing real estate opportunities.
7. Using scripts to talk to people and making sure you understand their needs.
8. Figuring out if leads are serious and telling agents what they need to know.
9. Setting and reaching weekly goals to help the team.
10. Keeping an eye on all the important stuff we do in the business.
**What You Need:** - Experience in real estate wholesaling or a similar field. - Good on the phone and can close deals. - Know your way around Mojo and CRM systems. - Can keep things organized and handle different tasks. - Good at solving problems and talking with people. - Like setting goals and working towards them.
