Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated for an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development of engaging and effective literacy assessments for children. This role demands a creative and analytical mindset, a passion for education, and a commitment to fostering children's literacy skills. This role is based in North America and will require candidates to be partially available in EST time.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilization of Notion with Markdown:
Proficiently use Notion in markdown format for constructing and organizing assessments.
Ensure that all materials are well-structured, accessible, and easily navigable within the Notion platform.
Data Analysis and Customization:

Review children's data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Use insights from data analysis to tailor assessments to individual needs, ensuring they are relevant and challenging.

Integration of ChatGPT:
Comfortably use ChatGPT for generating various outputs pertinent to literacy assessments.
Incorporate ChatGPT outputs into Notion, ensuring they align with our educational standards and assessment objectives.
Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough reviews of assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure that all assessments are pedagogically sound, engaging, and age-appropriate.
Communication with Parents:

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with high proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Notion, Markdown, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret educational data.
A creative thinker with a passion for education and child development.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in education, particularly for children.
