Cold email / Linkedin / FB groups Outreach Expert

NOTE: This role is a one-off to start but is likely to turn into part-time, then full-time very quickly for the right person.
I'm looking for an experienced, reliable, cold email expert with the following skills.
- Strong knowledge of the cold email process. You must have experience working in their field.
- Strong knowledge of how to scrape and qualify outreach lists using SaleNavigator, Apolo, and other similar tools.
- You know how to respond to emails and turn them into bookings (excellent English is preferable)
- Knowledge of how to set up campaigns in Instantly and similar tools - Send Now, Smartleads.
- You know how to manage campaigns - and structure emails - although these will be provided. This includes adding spintax.
- Ideally knowledge of how to troubleshoot connection or inboxing issues - although training will be provided.
- Bonus points if you've done cold out-bound calling and know how to close online.
- Bonus points if you've managed the process outlined above, hired, trained, and managed a team required for the above process.
You must be a fast learner, honest, smart, driven and organised. If you don't have all the above skills, you will be trained however you MUST have cold email experience. Specifically List scraping/building, campaign management and answering emails/booking meetings etc. You must be organised so your DISC score should be high for D and C.
I'm looking for a long-term partner who can grow into a manager. But first you are required to set up the SOPs, tools and processes (these will be provided/are partly in place already) Include the word Donkey in your application.
I have a long history of hiring and managing remote workers and look after my staff. You can speak with my existing staff for reference to reassure you I pay on time (weekly) and look after my staff like part of the family.
