We are a dynamic entertainment company specializing in booking a diverse range of performers for various events. To streamline our operations and enhance our booking processes, we are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to create a bespoke backend management solution.
Job Description:
As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a customized Odoo-based solution tailored to our unique business needs. This project involves deploying the solution on Odoo 17 in a new instance hosted on a cloud service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop custom modules, fields, and functionalities within Odoo to support entertainment booking and management.
2. Create comprehensive custom reports to aid in decision-making and performance tracking.
3. Implement calculations and business logic specific to entertainment event booking and management.
4. Integrate the Odoo system with existing internal and external data sources.
5. Ensure the system is scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
Technical Expertise:
1. Proven experience in developing with Odoo, particularly versions 15 or 16.
2. Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo development frameworks.
3. Experience in creating custom reports and modules in Odoo.
4. Ability to integrate Odoo with various APIs and external databases.
5. Familiarity with database management, preferably PostgreSQL.
6. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
Project Nature:
- This is a gig-style job focusing solely on building the specified solution, with potential for future work in support and updates.
- The project will be built on the newly released Odoo 17 in a brand new instance.
