Remote Short-Term Rental Manager – Real Estate Focus

We are a small real estate investment company looking to an all around manager assistant.

**Position Overview:**
Remote Short-Term Rental Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our short-term rental properties, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction from guests.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Property Onboarding:**
- Collaborate with property owner to gather necessary information for onboarding.
- Ensure all properties meet our quality standards and are effectively listed across various platforms.

2. **Listing Optimization:**
- Create and manage property listings, optimizing them for maximum visibility and booking potential.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.

3. **Guest Communication:**
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and address any issues during the guest's stay.

4. **Property Maintenance:**
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services to ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs.

5. **Performance Analysis:**
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess property and listing performance.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.

6. **Customer Relations:**
- Cultivate positive relationships with property owners, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
