Advantage Attorney LLC is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who excels in multitasking and can work efficiently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Email and Calendar Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, organize and manage calendars, and assist in prioritizing tasks.
Research: Conduct thorough research on various topics and compile relevant information for decision-making purposes.
Phone Communication: Receive and make phone calls on behalf of executives, conveying messages accurately and professionally.
Meeting and Conference Setup: Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings and conferences, including setting up virtual meetings and ensuring all necessary resources are prepared.
Travel Coordination: Assist in making travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents such as emails, reports, and presentations.
Basic WordPress Skills: Maintain and update the company's WordPress website with content and announcements as needed.
Task Prioritization: Help prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in email and calendar management.
Basic skills in WordPress and other relevant software/tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working in a remote environment.
Tech Savvy, can easily learn new apps and technologies that the company acquires or requires.
Has the necessary equipment to work (PC/Laptop, Internet with backup connection)
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
