B2B Appointment Setter

We're in search of a dedicated professional to join our team and drive our prospecting efforts. As the Phone Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, setting appointments, and contributing to the success of our outreach strategy. This position offers a bit of flexibility with project-based set up, an immediate start, and an opportunity for growth based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound phone calls efficiently using our advanced dialer system.
-Navigate conversations adeptly to explain our services and generate interest.
-Follow a structured script while tailoring communication to individual prospects.
-Set appointments and contribute to the achievement of deal closures.
-Adhere to a consistent work schedule, shift in between at 8am-3pm AEST (Sydney)
-Maximum of 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, ensuring a steady workflow.
-Earn an hourly wage, with the potential additional bonus based on performance and productivity within the first three months. Commissions are also offered for successful appointments set and deals closed.
Requirements:
-Clear and articulate English communication skills.
-Open and willing to learn new tools, skills, approaches.
-Access to a quiet and distraction-free workspace conducive to phone conversations.
-High-quality computer headset with a functional microphone.
-Very stable internet connection with a backup option.
-At least 1 year of prior experience in outbound phone sales and/or customer service (Business to Business or B2B, not B2C)
-Bonus points for proficiency in Go High Level or similar tools and is a resident of Davao City
Additional Considerations:
-Typing skills of at least 30 wpm for effective notetaking during calls.
-Consistent work attendance and reliability.
-Positive attitude, coachability, and openness to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
