We're looking for a researcher who has experience navigating county and city land use ordinances.
Job Description: You will pull a list of jurisdiction documents related to subdivision development. You'll read through them to pull out requisite information and input into our CRM.
This will start as hourly "gig work," but can become steady part time or even full time work eventually.
We're looking for candidates who have experience working with home builders, land developers, real estate developers, or
real estate investors (if your job was related to due diligence and feasibility).
