Job Description
We are seeking a website developer to help grow our expanding product line. This is a project-based, time-based (3-months), position.
Web Designer responsibilities include:
Creating website designs
Creating service or product pages
Producing sample pages and receiving feedback about draft sites.
Producing product pages that are user-friendly, effective
Keeping and Wordpress dashboard updated and update WP version and plug-ins as needed
Knowledge of software/programming languages including HTML, Javascript and CSS
CANDIDATE NEED TO BE AVAILABLE AT LEAST 10 HOURS A WEEK. Please state this specifically when applying for this job.
Web Designer desired skills include:
Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications.
Expertise in creating websites / designs which are in sync with multi platforms & screen specs
Hands on experience with Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Flash, Dream Weaver, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3 & HTML5
Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, etc.
