Job Description:
As our Email & SMS Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and driving brand engagement. Key responsibilities include:

Email & SMS Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize engaging email and SMS campaigns to promote our latest dresses, exclusive offers, and brand initiatives.

Customer Segmentation: Utilize Klaviyo's capabilities to segment our customer base and tailor personalized communication strategies that resonate with different audience segments.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through email and SMS, ensuring a positive and seamless interaction with our brand.

Cold Email Marketing: Leverage your expertise in cold email marketing tactics to explore new customer acquisition strategies and expand our reach.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably with Klaviyo and Shopify.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with cold email marketing tactics is a plus.
