Virtual Assistant

I need a VA for a piano studio that is moving to online courses. The VA should have knowledge in Social Media, Graphic Design (i.e. Canva), video editing, and Content Repurposing.

Starting at 5 hours per week. Hours will be added as VA gains skills and the program grows.
Social Media:
- Scheduling of posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Repurposing of content, i.e. Create TikTok videos or Instagram posts from longer videos
- Deep knowledge and familiarity with social media, how to make my content more discoverable. (SEO, hashtags, keywords)
- Collaboration in developing a social media strategy that aligns with piano studio goals and values
Project Manager:
- Development of operating procedures for a piano studio that is expanding to online group courses
- Knowledge of Trello for managing projects and assignments
Tech:
-troubleshooting during classes held on Zoom platform

Graphic Design:
- Creation of banners for Facebook
- Creation of FB/IG posts (Canva)
- Design workbooks, pdf’s and other resources (Canva)
- Video editing (cutting out fluff, adding graphics to illustrate main points, intros, outros, transitions, adding b-roll)
- any additional responsibilities as my program grows.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision (after training)
- Social media content support
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
- working knowledge of Google Docs
-Ability to use scheduling and invoicing software such as My Music Staff or Honeybooks
-Experience with editing social media videos; ability to provide recommendations on video editing software
- Experience with online meeting software (Zoom), online chat/instant messaging (WhatsApp), and group sharing platforms like Trello
