Handling bid submittals and ensuring accuracy.
Data Research and Management:

Conducting thorough research for construction projects and market trends.
Efficient data management to support decision-making processes.
Marketing Skills:

Managing LinkedIn profiles and leveraging social media for marketing.
Updating and optimizing the company website with relevant content.
Construction Planning and Execution:

In-depth knowledge of construction planning and execution methods.
Collaborating with project teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communication:

Excellent communication skills
Writing clear and compelling project proposals.
Project Management:

Overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
Ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Lead Generation:

Implementing strategies for lead generation within the construction industry.
