TikTok Affiliate Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Affiliate Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential affiliates through TikTok Shop and email, fostering relationships, and coordinating the distribution of free samples for product reviews. Your primary goal is to engage influencers, particularly on TikTok, to create compelling video content showcasing our products.

TikTok Affiliate Identification:

Leverage TikTok Shop and email channels to identify and reach out to influencers aligned with our brand.
Prioritize influencers with a proven track record of creating engaging content on TikTok.
Outreach and Relationship Building:

Initiate personalized outreach to potential affiliates via TikTok messages and email, emphasizing our brand's unique selling points.
Clearly articulate the benefits of affiliating with our brand and fostering long-term relationships.
Sample Distribution and Coordination:

Facilitate the distribution of free product samples to selected affiliates.
Provide clear instructions and support to ensure influencers have the necessary resources to create impactful content.
Content Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with influencers to ideate and guide the creation of TikTok videos featuring our products.
Offer creative insights and suggestions while respecting the individual style of each influencer.
Follow-Up and Performance Monitoring:

Monitor the progress of sent samples and provide timely follow-up to address any concerns or questions.
Track the performance of affiliate-created content, gathering insights for future collaborations.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in influencer outreach and collaboration, specifically on TikTok.
In-depth understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and the influencer landscape.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and its key metrics.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and campaign analysis.
