Director of Operations

**Your Mission**:
- Actively manage daily operations in real estate, investment, and rental management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics and technology to directly support decision-making and operational tasks.
- Drive growth in rental management and investment returns through direct involvement and strategy implementation.

**Responsibilities**:
- Execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, performance, and customer service.
- Directly manage real estate transactions, oversee CRM systems, and support marketing initiatives.
- Engage in customer evaluations, direct mail strategies, and investor relations for the investment sector.
- Handle project management activities, including timelines, budgets, and hands-on coordination.
- Read and interpret financial statements, working closely with bookkeepers to manage financial health.
- Build and maintain client relationships, and actively manage team development and training.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in operational management, preferably in real estate or investment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and using technology and analytics in a practical, operational context.
- Strong project management skills and understanding of financial reporting.
- Leadership skills coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to operational tasks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
