Seeking a bilingual virtual assistant with fluency in both Spanish and English. Willing to work full-time, long-term jobs for a cleaning company in New York that can begin right away!
APPLICANT MUST HAVE FLAWLESS SPANISH AND ENGLISH SPEECH! charming, reliable, quick to pick things up, and able to multitask.
Before awarding the actual contract, all applicants will get two weeks of probation and training.
I need someone that is fully capable of working with me to expand my business, with a particular focus on:
*Aligning and adjusting schedules
* Coordinating every day with the housekeepers
*Designating the cleaners according to their schedules
*Having some experience with Canva and creating posters and advertisements is a plus!
* Having experience with the payroll system is a plus!
$400 monthly
8 hours per day Monday to Friday - time is from 9 am-6 pm EST New York time with one hour of lunch and 2 breaks of 15 minutes during the day.
