Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Outbound Sales Support Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the contact center services industry. This position is focused on outbound prospecting support, where the primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential clients through a sale's agent's linkedin account. You will not need your own. If you are a motivated individual who can enjoys identifying prospective BPO clients and performing outreach, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Outreach
1) Research potential BPO clients in the US, particularly those that may benefit from bilingual or Latin American talent.
2) Using a top US-based salesperson's linkedin profile, connect with a large number of prospects on linkedin. Also help salesperson identifying US-based conferences and perform one-off lead-gen tasks.

Appointment Setting
3) Using linkedin's messaging, initiate conversations with prospective clients who have accepted invitations.
4) Followup with prospects and eventually help schedule appointments using calendly.
5) Maintain pipeline of prospects using google sheets

Innovate
6) Identify/execute new lead-generation strategies

Qualifications:
Previous experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport.
Ability to quickly understand and articulate the value proposition of contact center services.
Comfortable with using outreach tools, particularly linkedin.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or related roles is a plus.
