Position Overview:

Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.
Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Performance Management
Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Implement and monitor employee development plans and training initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and contribute to talent development strategies.
HR Policies and Compliance
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal regulations.
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure the company's compliance.
Conduct regular audits to assess and improve HR processes and documentation.
Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package to remain competitive in the market.
HR Metrics and Reporting
Utilize HR analytics to measure and report on key HR metrics.
Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement.
