Full Stack Developer for Innovative Booking Platform

About the Project:
I am embarking on an exciting journey to develop a cutting-edge booking platform, tailored for service providers. This platform, inspired by the likes of Zenbooker and Housecall Pro, aims to revolutionize the industry. This is a bootstrapped project looking for the ideal developer.

Role Overview:
As our Full Stack Developer, you will be the architect and the craftsman of the entire platform through the MVP. This is a solo mission where you will be working directly under the project initiator (me). Your role encompasses everything from front-end to back-end development, creating a user-friendly, efficient, and secure booking system.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage the complete software lifecycle of the booking platform.
-Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
-Implement strong security protocols, especially for handling payments.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation for future scaling and team expansion.
-Integrate innovative technologies such as OpenAI to enhance platform capabilities.
-Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed.
-Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
-Strong understanding of web development technologies and frameworks.
-Experience in building and deploying full-stack web applications. (personal projects ok)
-Knowledge of payment gateway integration and data security.
-Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
-Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
-Strong documentation, version control, and record-keeping skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
