Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our digital advertising initiatives. This part-time, remote position requires about 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and experienced in managing successful online ad campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be a taskmaster who is excellent with time management and providing consistent and on-target feedback to keep campaigns performing above industry standards. The ideal candidate stays on track and performs the role with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook/Meta/Instagram, and others.
- Plan and execute SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, report to key PMP team members, and collaborate to adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
- Collaborate with our creative and content development team to align campaigns with our client’s core values and broader marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must be Google Ads Certified and Meta Certified.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Demonstrable experience leading SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B, and multivariate tests.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible hours but must be available during Eastern Standard Time for weekly collaborative meetings.
- Must have personal computer equipment and high-speed internet access.
- Use a Skype account for meetings, chats, and other collaborations.
