JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are a United States-based nationwide events company that is growing rapidly and looking for a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creatives Team. In this role, you will help design and create a wide variety of high-quality assets for use on a variety of platforms including but not limited to digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms, branded backdrops, animated digital props, and websites while strictly adhering to deadlines. Candidates must have expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge in using Adobe Acrobat, Google Slides, and MS PowerPoint is required as well. Possessing animation and video editing skills is a major plus.
This is a mid-level role that directly reports to the Creative Director and works under the expertise of the Senior Graphic Designer.
We ABSOLUTELY need someone who can work with us Mondays to Fridays, from 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern Standard Time)/9 pm to 6 am (Philippines Local Time). Please understand that this schedule is non-negotiable as this is our primary working hours.
Lastly, fluency in English communication is also MUST (written and verbal).
Junior Graphic Designer Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create/design digital images and other types of marketing materials.
• Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
• Takes direction from senior designers.
• Exceed client expectations.
• Strict adherence to project deadlines.
• Regular attendance to Creatives Team meetings (Online).
Junior Graphic Designer Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design is strongly preferred.
• Must be HIGHLY proficient and experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Must at least have working knowledge in using Adobe Acrobat, Google Slides, and MS PowerPoint.
• Has computer hardware that can run the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) with at least 1TB of local storage space for work-related files.
• Must have close attention to detail.
• Very good English communication skills (written and verbal).
