Peak Plans LLC is seeking a talented and experienced HR Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in our hiring process.

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Officer with experience in US recruitment to support our US based team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, websites, and social media platforms.
Review resumes and applications, and screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual, and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR database.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in US HR or recruitment of US based employees is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
