ESL Instructor / English Language Teacher

We are looking for part-time ESL instructors from January who can transition to full-time work before or after 6 months.
The salary of part-time workers who render a maximum of 5 teaching and non-teaching hours, including an hour's break, will depend on the interview assessment and will be a fixed monthly rate.
Working hours are yet to be determined by the availability and preference of the new hire and of the students.
No experience is necessary as the month of January will be dedicated to training. Internal training will be guided by the Director of Studies together with the other Philippine and foreign staff.
Students will mostly be Japanese kids who learn general English and Exam preparation courses. We also have students from international schools who need assistance with their language development and homework.
All applicants are required to have at least a 20 mbps internet speed and a quiet working space.
The interview is a 2-step process:
1. Initial and Task interview
2. Final interview with a panel
