Media Buyer – Facebook Ads Specialist – Experience Required

We are looking for:
• Someone with advanced proven experience and track record of implementing successful Ad campaigns.
• Experience of creating successful ads in the UK Market.
• Experience of creating successful ads that sell Web Design / eCom / Digital Marketing Services to other businesses.
AND / OR
• Experience of creating successful ads that sell GHL ( Go High Level ).

Responsibilities:
• Campaign Initialization: Initiate and configure Facebook advertising campaigns in line with set goals and financial plans.
• Creative Development: Craft engaging and visually striking ad creatives for maximum impact.
• Audience Identification: Investigate and pinpoint specific target groups to enhance ad effectiveness and interaction.
• Ad Refinement: Continuously assess ad efficacy, making adjustments as needed to bolster outcomes.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor advertising expenditure to guarantee adherence to allocated budgets.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting crucial metrics and valuable insights.
• Policy Adherence: Keep abreast of Facebook's ad regulations, ensuring all advertisements are fully compliant.

Skills:
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creativity in ad design and copywriting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with GHL would be helpful but NOT necessary.

We’re offering:
• $3 - $9/hour USD.
• Bonus per new client $25 - $200 (per month) ** To be discussed and agreed.
• Flexibility in time management, we are not set on a specific amount of hours or day/times worked per week.
