We are a growing company with 3 Ecommerce stores seeking a dedicated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing businesses. This is a full-time position.

This role demands extremely high attention to detail, a patient demeanor, and a meticulous approach. The ideal candidate must also have proficient English writing and speaking skills as occasional communication with vendors via email, chat, or phone will be required.
Work hours will align with U.S. business hours. Training is provided and compensated. There will be an initial 1-month trial period.
The candidate will be expected to handle the following tasks:
• Manage and Maintain Product Information:
Uploading new products
Updating existing product listings with accurate information
Coordinating with new and existing vendors for product details, ordering processes, lead times, etc.
Maintaining accurate product and vendor databases
• Research, Analysis, and Optimization:
Researching new and relevant products/brands
Monitoring product performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback
Using data insights to make recommendations for listing optimizations and business strategies
• Technical Expertise and Enhancement:
Making mass uploads and changes to products on Shopify (e.g., pricing, descriptions)
Optimize listings for product rankings, conversion rates, and sales growth
Quality-checking images, titles, and descriptions for accuracy
Website coding experience (advantageous)
• Collaboration and Communication:
Manage 3 stores, and lead a team of 2-3 VAs
Collaborate with the team to resolve product and website issues
Work directly with manufacturers/vendors for product issues/questions
• Inventory Management and Operations:
Overseeing inventory reconciliation and efficient tracking of stock levels
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Creating and maintaining up-to-date records of SOPs, listing performance, and product details
• Other basic operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Work experience as a Product Manager
• Minimum of 2 years’ Product Management experience in an E-commerce company
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Google Suite Software (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good analytical skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Other preferred experience includes:
• Shopify
• Airtable
• ClickUp
• Website scraping tools
Communication and meetings will be primarily conducted through voice chat (Google Meet) and Slack.

• We will pay you every week via Remitly to start
• Your work schedule will consist of 40 hours per week
• Your working hours will be from 10 PM to 7 AM (with a 1-hour break), PHT, five days a week
