CAD and Revit Drafter with Drawing Coordination Expertise

RemoteVA is seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Drawing Drafting and Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting in CAD and Revit, overlaying in Bluebeam, and coordinating drawings to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural and engineering drafting, be proficient in relevant software tools, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Utilize CAD and Revit software to create accurate and detailed drawings based on project specifications.
-Overlay drawings using Bluebeam for effective collaboration and coordination.
-Coordinate with project teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in drawings.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate design changes and updates.
-Utilize project management tools such as Asana for task tracking and coordination.
-Utilize QuickBooks for project-related financial tracking and documentation.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in drafting using CAD and Revit.
-Proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing overlay and collaboration.
-Familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tracking (preferred).
Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
-Work from home.
