Virtual Assistant

PACHA is a rapidly growing online bakery committed to making food that nourishes the health of people and the planet. We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our 4-man marketing team and assist us in delivering exceptional customer service, manage aspects of our social media presence, and support our online marketing operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, messages, and occasionally by phone in a prompt and professional manner. Show empathy and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with our social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from customers and potential customers.
3. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics using Canva templates to promote our products and offers on social media. Ensure that the designs align with our brand identity.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Proficiency in social media management and engagement.
Basic graphic design skills with experience using Canva.
Empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
