Luxury Travel Agent | Sales and Support

You will serve as a Luxury Travel Agent for our company which primarily caters to customers seeking a more premium travel experience. As a Sales and Support Representative you will work on both front-end and back-end facing roles. You will spend most days following up with customers via email and text and communicating with airlines regarding our customers travel itinerary.

Note: It is HIGHLY beneficial if you have some experience in the travel industry working as a travel agent. If you do please mention this.

Required Skills:

1) Fluent English, written and spoken at the level of a westerner.

2) 1+ Year experience using a CRM (Hubspot, Monday, SalesForce) or a technical platform like ZenDesk/Google Suite/Etc

3) 1+ Year in Sales (Selling a product or service Not customer support)

Soft Skills:

1) Move quickly

2) Follow directions exactly. If you have questions always ask.

Not Required but beneficial (If you have this skill please mention on your application):

1) Experience using Adobe Photoshop (Basic Skills)

This is a part-time job to start at 10-20 hours per month depending on performance. Pay is $12-$26 dollars an hour depending on experience. Additional bonus pay/commissions apply.
