This is initially a part-time remote position, with the exciting possibility of full-time employment based on your stellar performance and our business's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Magic:
- Craft and execute captivating social media strategies to turbocharge our t-shirt business.
- Be the creative genius behind stunning content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Keep the conversation flowing by monitoring and responding to comments and inquiries.
- Leverage social media insights to steer our strategy based on real data.

2. Graphic Design Extraordinaire:
- Unleash your design prowess to create show-stopping graphics for t-shirts and sweatshirts.
- Craft professional, irresistible mockups to showcase our latest designs.
- Ensure our brand's visual identity shines consistently across all touchpoints.

3. Digital Marketing Dynamo:
- Dream up and execute online marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Dive into keyword research and fine-tune ads for maximum impact and return on investment.
- Keep your finger on the pulse, adjusting strategies based on campaign performance.

4. Research and Insight:
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping tabs on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
