Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Reddit Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage our presence on Reddit. The ideal candidate is familiar with the platform, understands its culture, and has experience engaging with various communities while following subreddit rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Posting Content: Create and schedule engaging posts across various subreddits.
Creating Captions: Write catchy and compelling captions that resonate with the target audience.
Subreddit Rules Compliance: Carefully read and follow subreddit guidelines before posting to avoid violations.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and build a positive rapport with the community.
Performance Tracking: Monitor post performance and report engagement metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Reddit accounts or similar social media platforms.
Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair for writing captions.
Detail-oriented and proactive in understanding subreddit-specific rules.
Familiarity with Reddit’s tools and features (e.g., Reddit Enhancement Suite is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
