Virtual Assistant

Manage and process Shopify orders for our print on demand products.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other platforms.
Understand and resolve customer complaints regarding product orders, shipping, and other related issues.
Coordinate with print vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
Monitor inventory and notify the team of stock levels, production timelines, and potential delays.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries and offer suggestions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in print on demand and customer service.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the print on demand industry.
Familiarity with Shopify platform and order management.
Strong customer service skills with a track record of resolving issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies in the print on demand industry is a plus.
