Communication Tools: Utilize essential software tools, including HelpScout, Slack, and Confluence, for seamless communication with both customers and team members.

Payment Processing: Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in handling merchant processors like*****and/or***** ensuring that financial transactions are processed accurately and securely.

Tools Experience:
