We are in search of a meticulous Virtual Assistant to oversee our Google Sheets operations and spearhead the account creation processes. This full-time remote position requires someone with exceptional organizational capabilities and a deep proficiency in Google Sheets. The role demands an 8-hour commitment, 7 days a week, from 9am-5pm LA time zone.
Responsibilities:
Consistently maintain and update Google Sheets pertinent to our business operations.
Ensure accurate data entry and management within Google Sheets.
Strategically format and arrange data for swift and convenient access.
Partner with our team to design custom templates.
Track key performance metrics and deliver detailed reports.
Lead account creation, verification, and management processes.
Diagnose and resolve any account-related issues, offering efficient solutions.
Remain informed about Google Sheets' newest features and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and data entry tasks.
Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
A keen eye for detail, emphasizing accuracy.
Stellar communication Upgrade to see actual infonate drive, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously.
A background in account management and troubleshooting.
Previous experience in remote work is preferred.
Familiarity with Google Docs, Drive, and project management tools will be considered an advantage.
