We are looking for a Filipino teacher who can teach English to Japanese adult students.

3 biggest problems with the traditional ESL schools.
-1st: The teacher to student ratio is not monitored correctly so this leads to either teachers not getting booked enough or new teachers not getting booked at all. This makes it difficult for teachers to attain a stable income and for new teachers, it’s difficult to advance their career.
-2nd: Teachers are not trained enough so while it’s relatively easier to begin, it takes a long time to become a popular teacher and get fully booked. Even if you get booked, students tend to give unfair feedback to new teachers that don’t perform Upgrade to see actual info my company, teachers will be highly trained before they start so it usually takes only 1~2 months before you get fully booked.
-3rd: The company always sides with students. I’ve heard so many stories about teachers being mistreated and I will make sure it won’t happen. My company is very small in size and this is by intention. As a school grows too big, the screening process loosens. I only let good students and good teachers join so a more pleasant and fair work environment is prepared.

How will you be paid?
- We use Transferwise to send payments and we pay on a monthly basis. All you need is your account details.
- This is a FULL TIME job and you will be paid 20,000 pesos/ m for 160 hours of work ( To be qualified for the amount, you must teach more than 140 hours in the one month period. If your work hour goes under 140 hours, you’ll be paid hourly. )
- You can either choose the morning shift ( 7am~3pm Japan time ) or the evening shift ( 4pm~12am Japan time )
- If you work with us for a year, you'll be promoted and get paid within the range of 25,000 ~ 40,000 pesos /m.

What if you don't get booked enough?
- We can review your lessons and find out how we can Upgrade to see actual info the beginning, it can be slow, but everyone that I have worked with has been successful.
- The reason is I actively monitor and control the teacher to student ratio, so everyone can be fully booked and acquire a stable income. This is as long as you’re willing to learn and adapt.

PAID Training
- Our training consists of 3 aspects: AI training, observation sessions and demo sessions.
- The AI training is from Day 1 to Day 7 and you'll be given a series of tasks each day. This will take 3h of your time.
- The observation sessions will be held either in the morning ( 7am~11am Japan time ) or the evening ( 7pm ~ 11pm ) and you'll be required to join at least 6 sessions each day ( 30min each )
- The demo sessions can be done only after you finish the AI training and at least 15 observation sessions. You need to master the flow for 16 different materials and your trainer will check your demos, and you will continue until you are confident with all of the material.

>> The training should take around 6 hours per day and you will be paid the standard hourly rate for this. As soon as you complete your training, you will begin teaching.
