Position Overview:
The Virtual Assistant role involves assisting in a diverse set of tasks related to human resources, including discovering new creators, managing job posts, and assisting in the hiring process for various roles. Our creators will receive scripts from us and are expected to record videos accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discover and engage with potential creators for our agency
- Manage, update, and track job postings across various platforms
- Assist in hiring for other roles within our agency
- Set up test tasks and assess if a candidate is the right fit
- Manage creators and ensure that they are meeting all deadlines

Required Experience:

- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Good management skills
- Experience in research and data collection
- Experience in searching for new hires, setting up job posts, task assignments, and assessing candidate suitability
- Good knowledge about TikTok
